There are many things I would rather do than think about student loans. It’s one of those necessary evils. (Although we’ll see in a year or two how “necessary” I think they are. Cross your fingers, let’s hope I still value my education after I’ve been paying for it for years after graduation.) Anyway, as you may have heard the government has made changes in interest rates and such, so I browsed on over to ed.gov land and did a bit of reading. I clicked on a link and got this fabulous warning:
